Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges once 30 days have passed.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
Your return will only be refunded once the products are received at our warehouse
Refunds
Please contact us at info@threewarriors.com.au for approval before sending a return.
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund is approved or denied.
Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.
Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
All Free Shipping promotions are limited to Australia customers only.
Change of order/shipping address
For any changes of address, it is up to you to redirect the parcel once shipped. Read about how you can redirect here.
Any changes of order contents will be up to you to return/exchange at your own cost.
