SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We ship items out on weekdays! If you order before 2pm on a weekday we will dispatch your order same day (unless you are contacted with an issue). 

AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for orders over $85 to Australia and New Zealand. 

STANDARD Shipping  - $10 for all orders under $85

EXPRESS Shipping - $15 for delivery within 1-2 business days

PLEASE NOTE: 

  • Rural areas may incur longer transit times 
  • We may encounter longer order processing times during peak sale periods. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive shipping confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All prices on Three Warriors are set in Australian dollars.

For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

PAYPAL & GOOGLE PAY

Please note, Paypal and Google Pay is available for all Three Warriors purchases.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 2 weeks for a credit note that can be used online towards another Three Warriors product of your choice. 


We do not offer refunds for change of mind. A refund will only be given for any products which are deemed faulty. Please note, due to hygiene reasons you cannot return or exchange Three Warriors products once opened.

 

Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund or return can be made for products that have been used.

Once we receive your return, we will contact you and arrange your credit note.

If the product has been opened it will not be accepted as a return. It is recommended that you ship your return with appropriate tracking as we will not assume responsibility for any item which is lost or damaged.

 

CONSUMER LAW

All goods purchased from this website come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. 

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

The goods will not be of acceptable quality if such goods:

(a) are not fit for all the purposes for which goods of that kind are commonly supplied;

(b) are not acceptable in appearance and finish;

(c) have defects;

(d) are unsafe; or

(e) are not durable.

 Subject to any rights you may have under the non-excludable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, we may impose fees payable by you in relation to any repair/service not covered by the guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

 To the extent permitted by law (including Australian Consumer Law), Three Warriors reserves the sole right to judge whether or not a tanning product is fit for the purposes promised (including whether its not acceptable in appearance and finish, has defects, is unsafe or nondurable).
